This legislation has been repealed.

FOOD ACT 1992 (REPEALED) - SECT 45

A reference in this part to "licensee" shall, in relation to a food business in respect of which—

        (a)     a licence has not been granted; or

        (b)     a licence has ceased to be in force;

be read as a reference to proprietor in relation to that food business.
