This legislation has been repealed.

FIRE BRIGADE ACT 1957 (REPEALED) - SECT 15

Neither the Territory nor any person is liable in any way for damage caused, either directly or indirectly, by the exercise of a power or the performance of a function by a person under this Act.

Note     A reference to an Act includes a reference to the statutory instruments made or in force under the Act, including regulations (see Legislation Act 2001 , s 104).
