LEGAL PRACTITIONERS ACT 1970 (REPEALED) - SECT 24

Applications for practising certificates

    (1)     An application for the issue of a practising certificate, shall be in a form approved by the law society and shall be signed by the applicant.

    (2)     The form of the application is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act 2001 .
