MENTAL HEALTH ACT 1983 (REPEALED) - SECT 81 81. The Director shall, as soon as practicable after 30 June in each year, prepare and furnish to the Minister a report of his operations during the year ending on that date, including details of the number of persons in respect of whom treatment orders were in effect during that year and the period of effect of each of those orders, together with details of other matters and things arising or carried out under this Act during that year.
