MENTAL HEALTH ACT 1983 (REPEALED) - SECT 9

(2) If a person holding office as Director—

        (a)     becomes bankrupt, applies to take the benefit of a law for the relief of bankrupt or insolvent debtors, compounds with his creditors or makes an assignment of his remuneration for their benefit; or

        (b)     ceases to be eligible to hold that office,

the Minister shall remove him from office.
