MOTOR TRAFFIC ACT 1936 (REPEALED) - SECT 162C

(1)     A person on whom a parking infringement notice under section 162, or a notice under section 162A, is served, may, by notice in writing lodged with the Registrar within 28 or 14 days, respectively, after the date of the notice, dispute liability for the alleged parking infringement to which the notice relates.

(2)     A notice under subsection (1) shall set out the grounds on which the person relies.
