Australian Capital Territory Repealed Acts

This legislation has been repealed.

MOTOR TRAFFIC ACT 1936 (REPEALED) - SECT 203

    A person who, when required by a police officer or inspector to state his or her full name or residential address—

        (a)     refuses to do so; or

        (b)     states a false name or residential address;

is guilty of an offence.
