MOTOR TRAFFIC ACT 1936 (REPEALED) - SECT 32

Fire extinguisher to be carried

    The licensee of any public motor vehicle, private hire car or restricted hire vehicle which is not equipped with a fire extinguisher shall be guilty of an offence.
