NOXIOUS WEEDS ACT 1921 (REPEALED) - SECT 4 4. The Minister may by notice in the Gazette declare any plant to be a noxious weed under this Act, and may from time to time, as occasion requires, remove any plant from the list of noxious weeds under this Act.
