ORDINANCE 1984 - SECT 24

Convicted person—refusal or cancellation of licence

24. Where a person has been convicted of an offence under this Ordinance, the Authority may—

        (a)     refuse to grant a licence to that person; or

        (b)     cancel a licence granted to that person.
