OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 1989 (REPEALED) - SECT 190

Before beginning a proceeding, the review authority must give each party a notice specifying—

        (a)     the time and place for the proceeding; and

        (b)     the matters to which the proceeding relates.
