OZONE PROTECTION ACT 1991 - SECT 21
21. (1) The Authority may, on application by a person for a temporary licence, grant the person a temporary licence if satisfied that the applicant, before the commencement day, used, manufactured or dealt with an ozone depleting substance or, in the ordinary course of business, serviced an article that contained an ozone depleting substance.
(2) An application under subsection (1) shall—
(a) be in accordance with a form approved by the
Authority;
(b) be executed by the
applicant; and
(c) in the case of
an application for a temporary manufacturer's licence—be accompanied by
the determined fee.
(3) Sections 15, 16, 17, 19 and 20 apply to a temporary
licence in the same manner as they apply to a licence.
