OZONE PROTECTION ACT 1991 - SECT 6
6. (1) A person shall not, without reasonable excuse, manufacture an ozone depleting substance except in accordance with a licence.
Penalty: $5,000 or imprisonment for 6 months.
(2) A person shall not, without
reasonable excuse, deal with an ozone depleting substance except in accordance
with a licence.
Penalty: $5,000 or imprisonment for 6 months.
