PHARMACY ACT 1931 (REPEALED) - SECT 29

Registration to be cancelled for nonpayment

    (1)     If a registered pharmacist does not comply with section 28 (1), the board shall cause to be sent to the pharmacist a notice requiring the pharmacist to pay the fee due under that section by a day specified in the notice and advising the pharmacist that if the fee is not paid on or before that day the pharmacist's registration will be cancelled.

    (2)     The board shall cancel the registration of a pharmacist to whom a notice has been sent under subsection (1) and who has not paid the fee due by the day specified in the notice.
