PESTICIDES ACT 1989 (REPEALED) - SECT 38
38. The conditions that may be specified in an emergency permit are such conditions as the Registrar considers reasonable for ensuring the minimisation of—
(a) any risk to the public health;
and
(b) any risk of damage to the
environment or to property;
resulting from dealings with any pesticide
specified in the application.
