PESTICIDES ACT 1989 (REPEALED) - SECT 58
58. (1) A person shall not deal with a pesticide in a manner which is likely to cause disease or injury to another person.
(2) A person shall not deal with a pesticide in a manner which is likely to
cause damage to the property of another person.
Penalty: $10,000 or
imprisonment for 2 years, or both.
