PODIATRISTS ACT 1994 (REPEALED) - SECT 18

Applications to be considered and determined

The board shall consider each application under section 17 and shall determine the application by—

        (a)     registering the applicant unconditionally or subject to conditions; or

        (b)     refusing the application.
