RADIATION ACT 1983 (REPEALED) - SECT 24

Failing to comply with requirement of inspector

    (1)     A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     an inspector has entered premises under this part; and

        (b)     the inspector has made a reasonable requirement of the person; and

        (c)     the person fails to comply with the requirement.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
