RADIATION ACT 1983 (REPEALED) - SECT 47

A person, other than an employee acting in the course of employment, shall not use, or cause or permit to be used, an irradiating apparatus unless the apparatus is registered under this part.

Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units, imprisonment for 1 year or both.
