RETURNED SERVICEMEN'S BADGES ACT 1960

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

           Long Title

   1.      This Act may be cited as the Returned Servicemen's Badges Act 1960.1  
   2.      In this Act, “the League” means the Returned Sailors' Soldiers' and Airmen's Imperial League of Australia.  
   3.      (1) A person shall not wear a badge issued by the League unless he is the person to whom the badge was issued.
