This legislation has been repealed.

STOCK ACT 1991 (REPEALED) - SECT 13

    (1)     The Minister may, in writing, determine—

        (a)     in respect of each kind of stock, the number of stock units represented by a specified number of that kind of stock; and

        (b)     the levy for 1 stock unit.

    (2)       A determination is a disallowable instrument.

Note      A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act 2001 .
