Australian Capital Territory Repealed Acts

This legislation has been repealed.

SURVEYORS ACT 2001 (REPEALED) - SECT 26

    (1)     The commissioner must remove from the register the name and particulars of a registered surveyor—

        (a)     who has died; or

        (b)     whose registration has been cancelled.

    (2)     The commissioner must enter in the register any changes notified under section 24.
