SURVEYORS ACT 2001 (REPEALED) - SECT 36

Certificates to be given only by surveyors

A person who is not a surveyor must not give, or purport to give, a certificate that, under a Territory law, is required to be given by a surveyor.

Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.
