This legislation has been repealed.

STAMP DUTIES AND TAXES ACT 1987 (REPEALED) - SECT 18

(1)     Stamp duty of $20 is payable on an instrument in respect of a conveyance of a kind specified in Schedule 1.

(2)     Section 17 does not apply in relation to an instrument referred to in subsection (1).
