STAMP DUTIES AND TAXES ACT 1987 (REPEALED) - SECT 56C

Certificates of exemption

Where a certificate under section 62 has been given to a licensed vehicle dealer in respect of the sale of a vehicle, the dealer shall keep the certificate for not less than 6 years after the date of the sale.

Penalty: 20 penalty units.
