This legislation has been repealed.

SKIN PENETRATION PROCEDURES ACT 1994 - SECT 53

53. A person to whom—

        (a)     an improvement notice; or

        (b)     a prohibition notice;

has been given shall not, without reasonable excuse, fail to comply with the requirements of the relevant notice.

Penalty: $10,000.
