SKIN PENETRATION PROCEDURES ACT 1994 - SECT 58 58. Where a company is convicted of an offence against this Act or the regulations, the penalty that a court may impose in respect of the offence is a fine not exceeding 5 times the maximum fine that, but for this section, the court could impose as a penalty for the offence.
