TAXATION (ADMINISTRATION) ORDINANCE 1987 - SECT 95 95. If, as a result of a decision in relation to this Part by the Commissioner, the Tribunal or a court, an amount of tax, duty, penalty tax or a licence fee payable is reduced, the amount by which it is reduced shall be taken, for the purposes of section 31, never to have been payable.
