Australian Capital Territory Repealed Acts

This legislation has been repealed.

TREE PROTECTION (INTERIM SCHEME) ACT 2001 (REPEALED) - SECT 23

The Minister may, by written notice to the adviser, end the adviser's appointment—

        (a)     for misbehaviour or physical or mental incapacity; or

        (b)     for contravening section 24 (Disclosure of interests).

Note     An appointment also ends if the adviser resigns (see Legislation Act 2001 , s 210).
