TENANCY TRIBUNAL ACT 1994 NO 64 (REPEALED) - SECT 23

Each of the following is a party to a hearing before the registrar:

        (a)     each party to the lease that is the subject of the hearing;

        (b)     any other person notified by the registrar under subsection 25 (1).
