TENANCY TRIBUNAL ACT 1994 NO 64 (REPEALED) - SECT 73

A person who referred a dispute to the registrar under section 12 may appeal to the tribunal if the registrar has made a decision to take no further action in relation to the dispute—

        (a)     under section 13 (4) (a); or

        (b)     under section 13 (5) (a).
