UNIVERSITY OF CANBERRA (TRANSFER) ACT 1997 NO 74 (REPEALED) - SECT 26

The annual financial statements of the university under the Financial Management Act 1996 , section 59 (1), as modified by this Act, relating to the calendar year in which the commencement occurs shall relate only to that part of the calendar year after the University of Canberra Act 1989 became an enactment.
