UNIT TITLES ACT 1970 - SECT 20 20. The rent to be reserved under the lease of a unit (including any unit subsidiary appurtenant to the unit), in the case of a subdivision the proposals for which were approved by the Minister, whether conditionally or otherwise, before the date of commencement of the Unit Titles Act 1975, is 5 cents per annum payable if and when demanded.
