UNIT TITLES ACT 1970 - SECT 57 57. Subject to any restriction or direction that may be imposed or given by special resolution, the committee may, for and on behalf of the corporation, employ, on such terms and conditions as it thinks fit, agents and servants in connection with the performance of the duties and functions and the exercise of the powers of the corporation.
