Australian Capital Territory Repealed Acts

This legislation has been repealed.

UNIT TITLES ACT 1970 - SECT 7

        (a)     members, in relation to a corporation with only 1 member;

        (b)     proprietors, in relation to units in a case where the relevant corporation has only 1 member; or

        (c)     committee-men, in relation to a committee with only 1 committee-man;

shall be read as a reference to the person who is that member or committee-man.
