UNIT TITLES ACT 1970 - SECT 75

75. (1) Where 2 or more persons are entitled to exercise 1 vote jointly, that vote shall be exercised only by a person (who may or may not be 1 of them) jointly appointed by them as their proxy.

(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), where 2 or more persons are entitled to exercise 1 vote jointly, any 1 of them may, except where a unanimous resolution is required, demand a poll.
