Australian Capital Territory Repealed Acts

This legislation has been repealed.

VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING ACT 1995 NO 37 (REPEALED) - SECT 18

        A vocational education and training provider may apply to the council for registration.

Note 1     A fee may be determined under s 66 (Determination of fees) for this section.

Note 2     If a form is approved under s 67 (Approved forms) for an application, the form must be used.
