VETERINARY SURGEONS ACT 1965 (REPEALED) - SECT 26

The registration of a person as a veterinary surgeon shall be effected by entering in the register of veterinary surgeons—

        (a)     the name of the person; and

        (b)     the person's professional address or addresses in the ACT or, if he or she has no professional address in the ACT, his or her place of residence, whether within or outside the ACT; and

        (c)     particulars of the qualifications of the person relevant to practise as a veterinary surgeon; and

        (d)     the registration number allotted to the person; and

        (e)     the date of registration; and

        (f)     the provision under which the person is entitled to be registered; and

        (g)     any condition to which the person's registration is subject; and

        (h)     the other particulars (if any) prescribed under the regulations.
