VETERINARY SURGEONS ACT 1965 (REPEALED) - SECT 45

    (1)     The board shall hold an inquiry before—

        (a)     cancelling the registration of a person, other than under section 31 (1), 33 (1) or (2) or 38 (2); or

        (b)     suspending the registration of a person, other than under section 32 (1); or

        (c)     making an order under section 41 (2); or

        (d)     taking any action under section 43 (1).

    (2)     Pending the holding of an inquiry under subsection (1), the board may, by order served on the person to whom the inquiry relates, suspend temporarily the registration of the person.
