WEAPONS ACT 1991 - SECT 43 43. A licensed dealer shall not, without reasonable excuse, keep any dangerous weapon or restricted weapon in his or her possession in the course of carrying on the business of a licensed dealer at a place other than the premises to which the licence relates.

Penalty: $2,000 or imprisonment for 12 months, or both.
