WATER RESOURCES ACT 1998 (REPEALED) - SECT 66

A person shall not interfere with, damage or destroy any works constructed or equipment used under a licence granted, or a power conferred, under this Act.

Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units, imprisonment for 1 year or both.
