This legislation has been repealed.

WORK SAFETY ACT 2008 (REPEALED) - SECT 136

A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     a copy of an improvement notice is displayed at premises; and

        (b)     the person removes, alters, damages, defaces or covers the copy while the notice is in force.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
