AMBULANCE SERVICE LEVY REGULATIONS (NO. 3 OF 1990)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

   1.      These Regulations may be cited as the Ambulance Service Levy Regulations.  
   2.      In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears—“the Act” means the Ambulance Service Levy Act 1990.  
   3.      For the purposes of the definition of “exempt contributions” in subsection 4 (1) of the Act, the following classes of persons are prescribed:
