The Parliament of Australia enacts:

1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the Australian Research Council

Amendment Act 2011.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day this Act receives the Royal
8
Assent.

3 Schedule(s)

Each Act that is specified in a Schedule to this Act is amended or
11
repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule
12
2 Australian Research Council Amendment Bill 2011 No. , 2011
concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this Act has effect

according to its terms.

; (k) the financial year starting on 1 July 2014.

2 Paragraphs 49(l), (m) and (n)

Repeal the paragraphs, substitute:

(l) for the financial year starting on 1 July 2011--$810,172,000;

and
10
(m) for the financial year starting on 1 July 2012--$849,001,000;
11
and
12
(n) for the financial year starting on 1 July 2013--$827,775,000;
13
and
14
(o) for the financial year starting on 1 July 2014--$795,392,000.
