The Parliament of Australia enacts:

1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the Customs Tariff Amendment Act
5
(No. 2) 2005.

2 Commencement

(1) Each provision of this Act specified in column 1 of the table
8
commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with
9
column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect
10
according to its terms.

Repeal the item.

(1)
This item applies to a tariff concession order that:

(a) declares goods to be goods to which item 50 of Schedule 4 to
4
the Customs Tariff Act 1995 applies; and
5
(b) is in force immediately before the commencement of this
6
item.

(2)
The order has effect after the commencement of this item as if it were
8
an order made for the purposes of item 50 of that Schedule after that
9
commencement.
