A Bill for an Act to amend the Export Market
Development Grants Act 1997, and for related purposes
The Parliament of Australia enacts:
This Act may be cited as the Export Market Development Grants
Amendment Act 2002.
This Act commences on the day on which it receives the Royal
Assent.
Each Act that is specified in a Schedule to this Act is amended or
repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any
other item in a Schedule to this Act has effect according to its
terms.
1 Subsection 63(2A)
Omit “$2,500” (twice occurring), substitute
“$5,000”.
2 Application provision
The amendment made by item 1 applies, and is taken to have applied, in
relation to a grant year that commences, or commenced, on or after 1 July
2001.
