The Parliament of Australia enacts:

1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the Fair Work Amendment (Arbitration)

Act 2013.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day this Act receives the Royal
8
Assent.

Each Act that is specified in a Schedule to this Act is amended or

repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule

(3) FWA must, on application by a party to a dispute, deal with the

dispute by arbitration if the dispute has been ongoing for a period

of at least 3 months.
