1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the Solar Hot Water Rebate Act 2012.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day this Act receives the Royal

Assent.

2 Solar Hot Water Rebate Bill 2012 No. , 2012
3 Amount appropriated for Solar Hot Water Rebate scheme to be

spent

(1) This section applies to the amount specified in the Appropriation
3
Act (No. 1) 2011-2012 for Outcome 1 for the Department of
4
Climate Change and Energy Efficiency.

(2) The amount, to the extent that it was appropriated for the purposes
6
of the Renewable Energy Bonus Scheme--Solar Hot Water
7
Rebate, must be applied for expenditure for that purpose.
