The Parliament of Australia enacts:

1 Short title

This Act is the Social Services Legislation Amendment
6
(Maintaining Income Thresholds) Act 2018.

2 Commencement

(1) Each provision of this Act specified in column 1 of the table
9
commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with
10
column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect
11
according to its terms.

Repeal the subclauses, substitute:

No indexation of certain income limits for certain years

(7) The FTB basic HIFA (A) and the FTB income limit (B) are not to

be indexed on 1 July 2018, 1 July 2019 and 1 July 2020.
