The Parliament of Australia enacts:

1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the Superannuation Supervisory Levy

Imposition Amendment Act 2012.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day this Act receives the Royal

Assent.

repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule

Add:

(5) Without limiting subsection (3), the Treasurer may make more than

one determination, for a financial year, about any or all of the
9
matters referred to in that subsection.

The amendment made by this Schedule applies from 1 July 2012.
